Vida E. Cruz joined FNBC Bank and Trust in 2016 as Vice President and Trust Officer specializing in guardianships and special needs trusts. During the past 24 years Vida has developed her expertise in guardianships and trust administration working in the public and non-profit sectors and corporate financial services.
Vida is especially skillful at working with the elderly, persons with disabilities, and their complex families to cultivate a relationship of trust and confidence. Prior to joining FNBC Bank and Trust Vida spent 12 years with the Illinois Disability Pooled Trust, a special needs trust for disabled beneficiaries.
Vida’s volunteer activities include site coordinator for DuPage PADS homeless shelter and the Elmhurst Walk-In Assistance Network. Vida earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her J.D. from the Wisconsin Law School.
Libby Koziarz serves as Vice President & Trust Officer. She joined FNBC Bank & Trust in 2010 and then the Wealth Management division in 2012. She is responsible for creating integrated wealth management solutions by working with clients, their attorneys, and accountants to form a team that will provide the client with the best possible estate planning and financial advice. She also puts an emphasis on assisting clients transitioning through key life events.
Libby is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council. She also serves on the board of directors for The LeaderShop, a La Grange nonprofit servicing local youth.
Joshua Mahrt serves as Vice President and Trust Officer. Before joining FNBC Bank and Trust in 2015, Josh worked as an attorney for the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office for almost 10 years. While there he initially represented abused and neglected minors in child protection cases. He subsequently transitioned to the Adult Guardianship Division where he spent over 8 years administering challenging guardianship estates, litigating contested guardianship matters, and overseeing special needs trusts. Josh specializes in trust administration, guardianship, special needs trust administration, and estate settlement.
Josh served on the board of Our Community of Illinois, a non-profit corporation that provides resources for minors in the Illinois foster care system. He is a member of the DuPage County Estate Planning Council. Josh is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the John Marshall Law School.
Michael G. O’Reilly
Michael G. O’Reilly has served wealth management clients at FNBC Bank & Trust since 1999.
Michael is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the DuPage County Estate Planning Council, where he formally served as President and board member. He earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame (1980) and his JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School (1983). Additionally, he successfully completed the Certified Financial Planner program from the College of Financial Planning (1986).
