Dan Bolan serves as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for the Trust Department. He is responsible for managing client portfolios as well as managing client relationships.
He has over 20 years of experience in account management, financial planning and investment research. Dan is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with an undergraduate degree from Creighton University and an MBA from DePaul University.
Amanda Hauser serves as Trust Officer. She joined FNBC Bank and Trust in 2016 as a Trust Administrator. Amanda is the relationship manager for over 100 relationships with a current market value of over $50 million dollars. Amanda oversees a variety of account types including grantor and irrevocable trusts, guardianships, special needs trusts, and retirement and investment accounts to help every client achieve their unique financial goals and meet their current financial needs.
Prior to joining FNBC Bank & Trust, Amanda worked in Strategic Planning and Research for Concordia University Chicago. While there, she also gained an understanding of the complex financial issues for families currently planning for college expenses. She has an MBA specializing in Human Resources and Bachelors degrees in Communications and Theatre as well as Secondary Education.
Joshua Mahrt serves as Executive Vice President and Senior Trust Officer. He joined FNBC Bank and Trust in 2015 as a Vice President and Trust Officer. Josh is the relationship manager for over 100 relationships with a current market value of over $100 million. Josh services a variety of complex accounts including the settlement of federally taxable estates, advising high net worth individuals on investment and tax strategies, the administration of complex guardianship estates, and the management of a large multi-unit apartment complex. Josh specializes in trust administration, estate settlement, guardianship, and wealth management.
Before joining FNBC Bank and Trust, Josh worked as an attorney for the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office for over nine years. While there, he initially represented abused and neglected minors in child protection cases. He subsequently transitioned to the Adult Guardianship Division where he spent over eight years administering guardianship estates, litigating contested guardianship matters, and overseeing special needs trusts.
Josh is a member of the DuPage County Estate Planning Council and the Aging Care Connections, Adult Protective Services, Multidisciplinary Team. Josh served on the board of Our Community of Illinois, a non-profit corporation that provides resources for minors in the Illinois foster care system. Josh is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the John Marshall Law School.
Michael G. O’Reilly
Michael G. O’Reilly has served wealth management clients at FNBC Bank & Trust since 1999.
Michael is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the DuPage County Estate Planning Council, where he formally served as President and board member. He earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame (1980) and his JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School (1983). Additionally, he successfully completed the Certified Financial Planner program from the College of Financial Planning (1986).
Laura Natalia Sakas serves as Vice President and Trust Officer. She has a Master of Laws in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall Law School. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from St. Xavier University.
Laura serves clients in personal trust administrations, guardianships and estate settlements. Prior to joining FNBC, she was the Managing Attorney for the Office of State Guardian. Laura has 30 years of experience in the area of adult guardianship and estate management.
