Dan Bolan serves as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for the Trust Department. He is responsible for managing client portfolios as well as managing client relationships.
He has over 20 years of experience in account management, financial planning and investment research. Dan is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with an undergraduate degree from Creighton University and an MBA from DePaul University.
Joshua Mahrt serves as Executive Vice President and Senior Trust Officer. He joined FNBC Bank and Trust in 2015 as a Vice President and Trust Officer. Josh is the relationship manager for over 100 relationships with a current market value of over $100 million. Josh services a variety of complex accounts including the settlement of federally taxable estates, advising high net worth individuals on investment and tax strategies, the administration of complex guardianship estates, and the management of a large multi-unit apartment complex. Josh specializes in trust administration, estate settlement, guardianship, and wealth management.
Before joining FNBC Bank and Trust, Josh worked as an attorney for the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office for over nine years. While there, he initially represented abused and neglected minors in child protection cases. He subsequently transitioned to the Adult Guardianship Division where he spent over eight years administering guardianship estates, litigating contested guardianship matters, and overseeing special needs trusts.
Josh is a member of the DuPage County Estate Planning Council and the Aging Care Connections, Adult Protective Services, Multidisciplinary Team. Josh served on the board of Our Community of Illinois, a non-profit corporation that provides resources for minors in the Illinois foster care system. Josh is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the John Marshall Law School.
John T. Matejcak
John T. Matejcak serves as Senior Vice President and Trust Officer. John has experience in wealth management through corporate fiduciary and private client advisory services as well as private law practice. Prior to joining FNBC Bank & Trust, John worked as a Trust Administrator and as a Relationship Manager in the Wealth Management division of a community bank. John also served as a Fiduciary Officer in the Chief Fiduciary office of a large national bank. While in private law practice, John practiced in the areas of trusts and estates, including trust and estate administration, estate planning, business succession planning, and real estate.
John earned his Bachelors of Science in Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, and his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. John is a licensed attorney.
Anna Motyka joined FNBC Bank and Trust as a Trust Officer. Anna brings more than 19 years of experience in administering a wide range of institutional, individual trust accounts and IRAs. Prior to joining FNBC Bank and Trust, Anna worked as an Institutional Trust Officer serving as a Client Service Coordinator where she specialized in Institutional Trust and Retirement Plan Services (Public Pension Funds, 401(k), Profit Sharing, IRAs).
Anna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Business from the Higher School of Business in Poland and her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from National Louis University of Chicago. She has been a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) since 2005.
Michael G. O’Reilly
Michael G. O’Reilly has served wealth management clients at FNBC Bank & Trust since 1999.
Michael is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the DuPage County Estate Planning Council, where he formally served as President and board member. He earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame (1980) and his JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School (1983). Additionally, he successfully completed the Certified Financial Planner program from the College of Financial Planning (1986).
Laura Natalia Sakas serves as Vice President and Trust Officer. She has a Master of Laws in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall Law School. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from St. Xavier University.
Laura serves clients in personal trust administrations, guardianships and estate settlements. Prior to joining FNBC, she was the Managing Attorney for the Office of State Guardian. Laura has 30 years of experience in the area of adult guardianship and estate management.
