Wes serves as Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor for the Trust Department. He has extensive experience helping high-net-worth clients navigate complex investment and wealth planning needs. Wes specializes in managing sophisticated multi-asset class portfolios, thoughtfully allocating assets across account types and investment strategies to help clients optimize their unique financial, tax, and estate planning goals. Prior to joining FNBC in 2025, he held various roles at Northern Trust, where he served corporate, institutional, and wealth management clients.
Wes earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designations. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.
Beyond the office, Wes is engaged in the community through Northern Illinois University, Lyons Township High School, and the Village of La Grange.
